Another relaxing winter break come and gone as parents were away to Vietnam and Australia for 3 weeks. At first there was worry over how I were to survive, but never fear, grandma had come to the rescue bearing gifts in the form of thit kho and banh mi. Unfortunate how one of the containers of thit kho exploded in the microwave though. Even with the lack of parents, Christmas was fun as always with the traditional family gathering. My cousin’s wedding was also during this break which was an experience to remember. Fun was had, but ceased when it was time for ihop. My god. Terribleness. Nevertheless, a successful winter break.

The next semester is a few days away and I feel pretty ready for what lies ahead. Hopefully i can stay true to my new years resolution of being more fit and healthy. Longboarded around the neighborhood with Grant and too soon did i become winded and tired. I’m sorry body, for I have neglected you for too long. Don’t worry, water and vegetables will be coming to you shortly. However, as well as junk food, for that is a hurdle that may be too tall for me to handle.
